All uploaded artwork must be created using a minimum of 300dpi for best quality print results and saved using the CMYK colour process.

For Ice Cards, all artwork must be print ready as 1up files and also be supplied as a vectorised EPS format which include the vector data with path location. The actual card size is 86mm x 54mm with 3mm radius corners. Please ensure that all files for Ice Cards do not have any tints and artwork has at least a 3mm border for best results so that the text is not too close to the edge.




For Paper Cards, all artwork must be saved as a pdf with a minimum 300dpi and also please remember to produce using the CMYK colour process. Please ensure that if you are supplying your own artwork that you have proof read all text and all artwork is ready for print. Pure Colour will not be responsible for any spelling mistakes for work that was not produced by Pure Colour.

For all of our other services the formats are all straight forward and we shouldn’t have any print issues with any work uploaded as long as the mimimum dpi has been set and the CMYK process has been saved.

The majority of our orders are processed, completed and ready for despatch within 7 working days, however we endeavour to deliver all goods well within this time scale so please be aware of this when processing your order.

For all non U.K orders, please be aware that we will prioritize your order as we do accept that shipping can be very time consuming and can vary depending on destination. Please be aware that all orders will be sent recorded delivery with a tracking number for peace of mind and you may also have to sign for your delivery.
